大根オーブン焼きの中心温度何度？

大根シリーズ最終です。

ヘルシオの焼き芋モードで焼いたので
温度設定も時間もおまかせです。

出来上がり直後で95.5℃というのは、
高いのか？低いのか？
中は、ホックリ美味しく焼けてました。

何度だったらいいのかな？
